What we collect

• Identity & contact data (name, phone number, email).
• Transaction data (orders, item details, prices, receipt information; limited payment metadata from our payment processors—e.g., last 4 digits, auth status; we don’t store full card numbers).
• Communications data (customer support messages; SMS opt-in/opt-out logs).
• Device/usage data (cookies, analytics, approximate location, IP address, browser and device identifiers).
• Store visit/app interactions (when you opt in to receive an SMS receipt at checkout).

How we use information

• To take and fulfill orders, process payments, send transactional receipts by SMS when you opt in, provide customer support, operate and secure our services, and comply with law.
• To analyze and improve our products, websites, apps, and in-store experiences.

SMS Receipts (Transactional Messaging)

We operate a receipts-only SMS program using A2P 10DLC long codes.

• Opt-in & consent. You opt in by entering your mobile number and checking “Text me my receipt” during checkout (POS or app). We send a single message per transaction when you consent.
• Opt-out. Reply STOP at any time to cancel; reply HELP for help. Message & data rates may apply.
• No mobile information sharing for marketing. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share opt-in data with service providers solely to deliver SMS receipts (e.g., Twilio).

When we share data (service providers only)

We don’t sell personal information. We share limited data with service providers under contract who process it on our behalf solely to deliver our services, such as:

• Messaging: Twilio (to send SMS receipts)
• Payments: Square and/or Stripe (to process payments)
• Hosting/Analytics: Google Cloud/Firebase, analytics tools
• Support & operations: tools we use to run our business

We prohibit these providers from using your information for their own marketing.

Cookies & analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for core functionality, fraud prevention, and analytics. You can control cookies in your browser settings; disabling certain cookies may limit functionality.

Data retention

• Receipt & payment records: up to 7 years (tax/accounting).
• SMS opt-in/opt-out logs: up to 4 years (to evidence consent and honor opt-outs).
• Account/loyalty data: while your account is active and for up to 2 years after inactivity.

These periods may change based on legal, operational, or security needs.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (e.g., encryption in transit, access controls, monitoring). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Your privacy rights (California users)

If you’re a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA gives you rights to know/access, delete, correct, and to opt-out of “sale”/“sharing” of personal information, and to limit use of sensitive personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by California law. To exercise rights, email support@yummy-future.com; we’ll verify your request as required.

Children’s privacy

Our services are intended for individuals 13+. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided data, contact us to delete it.

International users

Our services are designed for the United States. If you access them from outside the U.S., you understand your data will be processed in the U.S.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy. We’ll post the “Effective” date above and, where required, notify you.
